Mr. Fabian Siguencia

Born and raised in Ecuador, Fabian's deep-rooted love for cooking and food was instilled by his father and nurtured during his childhood moments with his family. Upon his arrival in the United States, he swiftly immersed himself in the restaurant industry as a cook, gaining invaluable experience in various culinary settings, from Italian eateries to steakhouses.

Fabian joined Harlem Shake in 2021 when we opened our second location in Brooklyn. After a short stint in Brooklyn, we recognized his potential and promoted him to the position of shift lead at the bustling Harlem Shake. Eventually, in June 2023, we appointed him as the manager of our new store in LIC, acknowledging his dedication and leadership skills.

A devoted family man, Fabian takes immense pride in overseeing day-to-day operations, handling catering inquiries, our many off site events, and and managing other related responsibilities at the LIC location. In his free time, Fabian indulges his passion for soccer, watching the beautiful game with enthusiasm and zeal.
